Changes to the Order: You have 24 hours from the time of sale to make any changes to your order as long as the delivery or the pick up of the items has not been made.
Delivery Dates: Furniture/bedding manufacturers provide us ESTIMATED DELIVERY dates, however, "estimated delivery dates," that we have no control over, might change due to whatever reasons. Delay in delivery/availability of the furniture is not grounds for cancelations. All the request of returns, damage claims, exchanges, cancelations, changes in the order, refunds, delivery dates must be done with EMAIL only. Emails should be sent to humblefamilybusiness@gmail.com. These changes cannot be done over the phone, text, in person visit or any other ways except emails. These request should comply with our CHANGES TO THE ORDER policy.
PICK UP OR TAKE WITH ITEMS: It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the items they purchased prior to picking up or taking it with them from the store/warehouse. 495BEDSET LLC is not responsible for any damages, repairs, or exchanges of the products once they leave our property.
LAYAWAY: We only offer non-refundable layaway plans to our customers. Complete payment on the order has to be made prior to shipment/delivery/pick of the products. 30% cancelation/administrative/processing fee will be charged on layaway cancelations.
Pricing: 495bedset llc reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders/prices if there is any pricing errors.

Shipping Policy
405bedset LLC offers 2 types of delivery services: curbside delivery and White glove delivery. Curbside delivery is when products shipped/delivered at your door. White glove shipping is inside the house delivery, unpacking of your products, assembling them, setting them up and removal of all the debris and trash. White Glove Delivery is always an additional charge compare to Curbside delivery.
Delivery Process
Once the products are shipped to us by the manufacturer, we will call the customer to schedule an appointment for the delivery. The customer should schedule delivery on date and time when they are available at home. 18 years or older, a mature adult should be present at the time of the delivery. Your delivery will be scheduled anywhere between 2 - 3 hours window period. It is imperative that the customer should keep this appointment. Failure to keep the delivery appointment, a customer will incur $89 to $159 delivery charge for making the delivery the 2nd time. This charge has to be paid in full prior to 2nd appointment for the delivery. If you miss the delivery the first time, there is no guarantee that delivery will be made same day or same week. This is why it is imperative that you keep your delivery appointment.
If you chose Curbside delivery, then the delivery of your products will be made to your door. If you chose White glove delivery, then your furniture/bedding will be delivered inside your house, your choice of room. Customer or consented mature adult of 18 years or older must be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery.
It is not the delivery companies responsibility to remind you to prepare for the delivery. Wherever the furniture is going, that area has to be cleared of existing furniture. we will not move your existing furniture for you.
please have your driveways, entrances, stairwells, hallways, and rooms cleared of any items that might come in the way of the delivery of the products. Please have the driveways, pathways and or walkways cleared of snow or any pedestrian items to make the delivery process secure and safe. The delivery company is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the items that have hindered them during the delivery process at your residence. The delivery company will not unassemble, unhook, remove, unplug, or move any of your furniture/bedding/electronic items for you. The area has to be cleared of any items PRIOR to new delivery products
please secure your residence for delivery by covering any exposed floors with protective materials, and by removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the path or create difficulty during the delivery.
Please have all your pets locked away prior to delivery. Also, make sure the children do not interfere during the delivery process.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all the products that are delivered are in good condition before the delivery company leaves. Once the customer's signs the document stating that they have received items in good condition, 495bedset llc is not responsible for damage or missing items.
RETURN POLICY: Once the delivery is made in good condition, the customer has 24 hours from the time of the delivery to return or exchange any item of the same or higher value. Customer will be responsible for payment of return shipment cost. The return shipping cost will be decided by the shipping/delivery company. Customer will incur a 30% restocking fee. The shipment must be returned to its point of origin. The shipment has to be in its original shipping. There will be $30 charge on unassemble the furniture. NO items or part of the shipment should be missing. There will be charged for missing or damaged items. NO returns or exchanges are offered after 24 hours of delivery. The customer should contact us via email at humblefamilybusiness@gmail.com prior to the return or exchange of any products.
Any claims for damage or missing items should be done via email at humblefamilybusiness@gmail.com with supporting evidence such as properly taken clear images/pictures/videos to the above-mentioned email address.
Shipment/delivery/products/items constitute your purchase order.
